vesolje je hotelo, da kot termin delavnice Zmenek s seboj izberem prav ta datum- 13. 2.2026, dan pred valentinovim. Mnoge izmed vas boste verjetno rekle, da tega praznika ne praznujete, da je treba ljubezen praznovati vsak dan, da ena sama vrtnica ali bombonjera ne spremenita ničesar in da ta dan nima pomena, če odnosi niso zdravi.
Čeprav večina nas žensk obožuje darila, tudi tista majhna, ki nežno nagovarjajo tiste dele nas, s katerimi v vsakdanjem življenju nimamo veliko stika.
Pa bi si ti podarila takšno darilo in brezpogojno vzljubila sebe? Bi si želela podariti to simbolično rdečo vrtnico, se vprašati, kako se počutiš, kaj si v resnici želiš in ali v svoje življenje vsak dan vabiš strast in pogum?
Na kakšen način bi se želela izraziti, pa si za to ne daješ prostora?
Ali si dovoliš negativna čustva?
Ali nosiš masko, ker je tako lažje?
Ali praznuješ sebe in si dovoliš veselje?
Med tem štiriurnim srečanjem se bomo skozi psihosomatske vaje povezale s svojim telesom, ki v sebi nosi spomin in hrepenenje. Dovolile si bomo prostor, da prisluhnemo šepetu svojega srca ter se povežemo tako s svojimi željami kot tudi s prepričanji, ki nam stojijo na poti do izpolnitve.
Če imaš ravno prosto popoldne in si želiš zmenka sama s seboj, te vabim na to žensko srečanje. Obleci se v tisto, v čemer se počutiš najbolje in najbolj udobno, s seboj pa prinesi bidon za vodo in masko oz. prevezo za oči.
